1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Strimix, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Strimix Is

Strimix is a content-agnostic IPTV player. Strimix does not provide, host, sell, transmit, control, or curate channels, movies, TV shows, streams, or playlists. You are solely responsible for any content source you connect to the app.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must use Strimix only with content and stream sources you are legally authorized to access.
• You are solely responsible for your playlists, credentials, links, and any media accessed through the app.
• You agree not to use Strimix in violation of copyright, broadcast, privacy, or other applicable laws.

4. No Affiliation With Content Providers

Strimix and Luminoxe are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party IPTV providers, stream operators, playlist publishers, or content owners.

5. Third-Party Services

Strimix may interact with third-party services or URLs you provide. We do not control third-party availability, legality, accuracy, security, or performance, and we are not responsible for service interruptions, takedowns, or provider-side failures.

6. Disclaimers

Strimix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted playback.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminoxe and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to your use of Strimix, third-party streams, or inability to access content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to Strimix will not exceed the amount you paid for Strimix Pro in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luminoxe and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content sources, your use of Strimix, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Strimix features, updates, or related services at any time if required by law, platform policy, abuse prevention, or security reasons.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Strimix after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
